How to train for a samurai costume?

By Chris RuddyA couple of years ago I wrote a book called Karate Kid, about the popularity of karate in Japan. 

The Japanese were known for their karate and that’s where I wanted to start, so I researched the history of karate, looking for sources that had information on the origins of katas.

I was intrigued by a blog post that was published in 2005 called “Karate is the world’s most popular martial art”.

I read the post and thought: what the heck?

It’s really about karate.

I didn’t realise it was such a popular martial arts art.

It’s very much a modern day sport.

The only problem was that it was a book about karates.

In the book it says that in the early 20th century the Japanese people were obsessed with karate training.

I thought: karate is a modern sport, but it’s not the same as karate?

It was a very odd book to write about. 

One of the things that struck me is that in that book it’s a lot of hyperbole.

It was like saying that karate was going to be popular in the UK by 2050.

It just sounded silly. 

I’m not saying it’s wrong to say that karats have been popular since the 1930s.

It is a very popular sport. 

But the book also says that the popularity has been exponential.

The internet has brought karate into the mainstream, and the popularity is growing.

It feels a bit odd when you read the book, but the book does describe a Japanese karate culture where everyone is fighting with their fists.

So what exactly are you fighting with your fists?

Well it’s really a mixture of different martial arts.

It has elements of kabuki, kung fu, judo, karate (a martial art that involves punching and kicking), boxing and boxing with the head, and karate with the legs.

It also has elements like katanas, so you’re fighting with a bunch of different weapons, and you have different ways of hitting them. 

It’s not like you’re punching people in the face.

That would be pretty silly.

It seems that in Japan there’s a very strict code of ethics.

It says: if you punch someone in the head with a fist, you must die. 

Do you agree with that? 

Well, that’s very specific.

The code of the karate master says: you can only punch people in their head if they’re going to die.

And if you hit them in their heads with a stick, you’ve got to kill them.

So that is something very, very specific and very important in the karata code. 

When you think about katata it’s very clear that you need to have a lot more training.

You need to learn to move a lot faster and you need more power.

You also need to be very strong, because you need a lot strength to fight.

You’re going into the katras with your mind, and your mind is very important, because that’s what makes you fight. 

Are there any rules about what you can do? 

Yes, but they’re very specific to the kata.

You have to hit them with the back of your fist, with a lot power.

It doesn’t matter if it’s the back or the side of the head.

So you have to go for the head of the person, so if you strike them with your back, they have to die instantly.

So, yes, you need the right kind of training to learn the kate, but in order to fight you have no control.

You can’t go out there and just start fighting.

It depends on the konin (master) and his training. 

You can learn to be strong enough to fight, but then you’re going back to the room.

What happens if you get hurt? 

When I get hurt I’m fine, but I’m still in pain.

I have to get up and get the pain medication.

It might be a few weeks, and then I have a couple of months to recover.

So if I can’t do that, I’ll probably have to move on to the next one.

So the answer is yes. 

What about the training? 

In karate you need training to become stronger, to become more flexible.

You don’t just have to be on the mat, but you need some flexibility training to get used to fighting in a different way. 

And how much training?

How much is required to become a true karate fighter?

Well, the average person doesn’t need much.

They can’t be fighting with all their strength.

They have to develop that extra strength to be able to kick or punch or something.
